Who do I work with?

I have a support role as Mental Performance Coach to the Canadian Paralympic Alpine Ski Team. This involves working with the athletes, coaches, staff on an individual basis as well as consulting on creating a performance team culture that protects team member wellbeing.

Outside of this role I work with elite athletes in various sports.

A growing part of my performance psychology support work is offering executive coaching to senior management executives. Trusting that my performance psychology skills training is coming from evidence-based research and experience, not instagram, sets me apart from other executive coaches!

MPEP – Munro Performance Empowerment Program™

The Munro Performance Empowerment Program™ helps you to develop 4 key skills I have termed the 4A’s – Awareness, managing Attention, helpful Attitude response, and skilful Action – having the mental flexibility to choose responses.

When these are developed through my unique training program, it enables you to access powerful psychological mechanisms of change (see image below).

Research at two UK universities has shown this training has led to beneficial outcomes of participants being more psychologically empowered, having greater self-wareness, improved resilience, beneficial self-regulation and enhanced emotional intelligence.
